At Home Barn, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Home Barn account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Securely Pack Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
